Persian Culinary Medicine provides an expertly written and beautifully illustrated comprehensive step by step guide of how Traditional Persian Medicine can be incorporated into daily life for better health. This is much more than a recipe for health. It is a reminder that humans are a part of nature and it is in following the principles of the natural world, as expressed by ancient Persian physicians and sages, that can bring harmony to ourselves and the planet.
