This notice explains what information the PCC — Persian Culinary Cleansing website (persiancleansing.com) collects through its forms, why, and how it is protected.
What we collect
- Private Consultation Application: your answers about your health challenges, goals and readiness; biological sex (and, if female, whether you are pregnant or nursing); age; height and weight; country; three tongue photos; full name, email, WhatsApp number and how you heard about us.
- Program enrollment requests: the program and options you chose, your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country and any note you add.
- Contact, support and chat messages: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
- Book pre-order requests: your name, email, country and preferred edition.
We also record the page the form was sent from and a one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of your connection used only to block automated abuse. We do not store your IP address.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request: to review your consultation application and contact you, to confirm an enrollment and send payment details, to reply to your message, or to tell you when the book is available.
Your tongue photos and health information
Photos are stored in a private location that cannot be opened from the internet. They — and all your answers — can only be viewed by signed-in members of Ms. Paria Mortazavi’s executive team. Notification emails to our team contain your name and a sign-in link, never your health details or photos.
Cookies
This website sets only functional cookies: a sign-in cookie if you use the client area, and an access cookie if you unlock the video masterclasses with a code. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Videos are played from an external video platform, which may set its own cookies when you press play.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to keep a record of our work together. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information.
